Managing Partner Christopher Hogan received a Tier 1 Energy Litigation ranking for Houston Elite. Hogan represents major oil and gas companies in high-stakes disputes across the full litigation lifecycle. His recent wins include representing Ovintiv in a royalty recoupment case in Texas, representing Mewbourne Oil in a top lease dispute in Oklahoma, and successfully overturning an adverse ruling for Long Point Energy in a deed interpretation case in the Utica Shale. His practice spans key energy basins nationwide and a range of complex upstream matters.
Partners James Schuelke and Samantha Thompson were each recognized with Tier 2 Energy Litigation rankings for Houston Elite. Schuelke is an experienced litigator who focuses on complex construction, midstream, and petrochemical disputes. He represents leading energy companies, including Chevron, Devon Energy, and Ovintiv.
