Partner Samantha Thompson will be presenting at the 51st Annual Ernest E. Smith Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Institute presented by The University of Texas School of Law and The Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas on Thursday, April 3.

Samantha will discuss adverse possession claims of a working interest by non-operators, including the Amarillo Court of Appeals’ recent decision in PBEX II, LLC v. Dorchester Minerals, L.P.
