Biography
Nicole has experience litigating high stakes, industry-shaping matters across multiple forums, including federal court, state court, and federal administrative agencies. She thrives at distilling complex fact patterns and legal frameworks into understandable and persuasive arguments.
Before becoming a lawyer, Nicole was a policy communicator by day—working for Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch, Senator Jim Inhofe, and House Homeland Security Ranking Member Mike Rogers—and a law student by night. Nicole graduated cum laude from George Washington University Law School, where she was a notes editor of the George Washington International Law Review.
Nicole clerked for the Honorable Edith Brown Clement of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
