Biography
Hayden represents plaintiffs and defendants in forums across the country. His litigation experience spans a range of complex disputes—from contamination claims to wrongful death suits—across multiple sectors. In his work, Hayden has represented clients ranging from small families to large businesses, including nationwide retailers, pipeline operators, and multinational energy companies.
After clerking in Louisiana, Hayden started his litigation career in Houston. He is licensed to practice in Texas and Louisiana.
In his free time, Hayden enjoys woodworking, doing anything outdoorsy, and wrangling his kids alongside his wife, Maddie.
