TRC Services v. Liberty Lift Solutions LLC, et al.

Represented Liberty Lift Solutions, a rising leader in the artificial lift industry, and two of its employees in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving a competitor’s allegations of trade secret and non-compete violations. Successfully defeated the plaintiff’s request for a temporary restraining order in Harris County state court, then compelled the dispute to arbitration over plaintiff’s objection. After arbitration was initiated, the case settled on confidential terms.
